Dr. Ronald T. Wagner
Dr. Ron is a graduate of the University of Houston College of Optometry and is the son of Dr. Max Wagner, founder of Wagner Eye Care Center. He specializes in primary care optometry and contact lenses. He is therapeutically certified by the Kentucky Board of Examiners in Optometry and is a member of the Kentucky Optometric Association, the American Optometric Association and the Southern Council of Optometrists. He is a Rotarian and serves as a Deacon in the Columbia Avenue Church of Christ.

Dr. E. Britt Brockman
Dr. Brockman is a cataract, glaucoma and refractive surgery specialist with broad expertise in numerous ophthalmic medical and surgical procedures. He is a managing partner of the John-Kenyon American Eye Institute and has performed more than 27,000 cataract surgeries. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy and the University of Louisville School of Medicine, and served his residency at Louisiana State University where he spent his final two years as chief resident. He is a regular lecturer on ocular issues and has been a researcher on numerous national drug studies. Dr. Brockman maintains membership in the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. He also served on the Governor’s Health Care Advisory Board in 1994. In addition, Dr. Brockman was appointed in 2008 by Governor Steve Beshear to the University of Kentucky Board of Trustees where he currently serves as Chairman of the Board. He has been active in his community where he served as chairman of 2 private schools and a religious institution, and was named by Business First of Louisville as one of the region’s most influential health care leaders three years in a row. He also served during Desert Shield in the 4010th US Army hospital in 1991.

Dr. G. Max Wagner
Dr. Max, a graduate of the Northern Illinois College of Optometry, is the founder of Wagner Eye Care Center. He has served as President of the Kentucky Optometric Association and President of the Kentucky Board of Examiners in Optometry, and has received several professional awards including KOA as Optometrist of the Year. He served for many years as an Elder in the Columbia Avenue Church of Christ. Dr. Max retired from practice at the end of 2007, and is no longer seeing patients.
